1. Services
HYPERCLEAN provides mobile detailing services in the Temecula and Murrieta, CA area. Services are subject to availability and may vary based on vehicle condition, weather, and location access. Final pricing may be adjusted upon inspection if the vehicle condition differs significantly from what was described at the time of booking.
2. Booking & Payment
Appointments are confirmed upon booking. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to require a deposit for certain services. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows may be charged the full service amount.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your vehicle and its condition at the time of booking
- Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the agreed time and location
- Remove any valuables from the vehicle prior to service
- Disclose any pre-existing damage before service begins
5. Limitation of Liability
HYPERCLEAN will take reasonable care when servicing your vehicle. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects discovered during the service process. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle during service.
6. Satisfaction
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion and we will work to make it right.
7. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS messages related to your appointments and services. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
